I offer group rates for employee head shots, plus hourly and day rates for company events and conferences.

  • Headshots for up to 10 Employees, 3 final photos per employee
  • Group Photo if desired
  • Approx. 60-90 minutes shooting time
  • Set-up and Breakdown of lighting set up at Office
  • Personalized Online Gallery with Images for Selection and Download
  • Selection Gallery available within 3 weeks
  • Final Photo delivery maximum 2 weeks after final photo selection

  • Selection Gallery available within 3 weeks

  • Headshots from 26-36 Employees, 3 final photos per employee
  • Group Photo if desired
  • Approx. 1,5 - 3 hours shooting time
  • Set-up and Breakdown of lighting set up at Office
  • Personalized Online Gallery with Images for Selection and Download
  • Selection Gallery available within 3 weeks
  • Final Photo delivery maximum 2 weeks after final photo selection

 

Events - Hourly Rate

175 Basis Fee + 175,- per hour

 

Hourly rate includes:

  • Shooting time at the event + editing time after the event
  • Approx. 20 photos per hour of shooting - i.e. 3 hour event = at least 60 photos delivered
  • Minimum 5 photos delivered same day for social sharing
  • Final Photo Delivery within 10 Days
  • Personalized online gallery for photo download - can also be shared with employees or event attendees

 

 

Day rate includes:

  • Shooting time at the event + editing time after the event
  • Minimum 100 Photos delivered
  • Minimum 5 photos delivered same day for social sharing
  • Final Photo Delivery within 10 Days
  • Personalized online gallery for photo download - can also be shared with employees or event attendees

Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?

Travel costs are not included in the packages and rates above. Depending on the location of your office or event, travel costs may or may not apply.

This point will be discussed before the shoot day or event to ensure full transparency on cost.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you bring your own equipment?

Yes, I have my own lighting equipment and optional backgrounds I will bring to the office to set up for headshots. Usually I prefer to find a nice spot in the office to take the photos, but I can bring solid backgrounds if that is preferred.

What happens if an employee is sick on the day of the headshots?

I understand that things can happen, so in the case an employee is sick and we need to add an additional time for me to come back to the office to shoot a photo for them, I will work with you to find a solution - i.e. using my hourly rate.
