As a former Kindergarten teacher, I have nearly limitless patience with kids - plus strategies to make sessions with kids fun and game-like, which results in authentic, joyful moments together.

For maternity and babies, I work with you to ensure your journey to parenthood or an expanding family, is captured authentically and comfortably - that means ensuring a comfortable space, whether that is at your home, my home studio, or outdoors in some wildflowers.

Travel costs are not included in the above package prices; however, it depends on the location and conditions of your session if travel costs will apply.

This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?

First, this is very exciting and I'm honored to have your trust! Second, I'm sure you have a lot of questions and I want to ensure you feel prepared and comfortable; therefore, the pre-shoot process where we plan and go over all details is extra important. I am available anytime ahead of your shoot for questions.

What happens if the weather is unfavourable for an outdoor shoot?

Unfortunately, the weather doesn't always cooperate with us, but that is the reality of planning shoots and event outdoors. In the case of a planned session, I usually plan a backup date if the weather forecast looks uncertain, so we can reschedule and use the backup date. In the case of a family event, I am not afraid of a little rain and have water-proof gear and protectors. I am also prepared to move indoors and adjust to the different lighting scenario.
